I want to develope a panelized system to build sheds in an off site shop so that they can be delivered and erected to the customer. I am thinking about pre built panels for the floor, walls and roof. These panels would be a standardized size(??8x8,12x8??)that could be handled by three installers and designed in a way that would allow them to be joined in order to construct larger sheds.
I believe this would be beneficial for several reasons. It would minimalize the time spent @ customers site. It would allow sheds to be produced indoors regardless of weather. It would allow a customer to get a pre-fab shed without tearing up their yard or taking down their fencing. After plans are in place jigs could be built that would allow assembly of the panels to be done by almost anyone regardless of construction experience.
You seem to be very knowledgeable in the aspects of shed construction. Does this idea seem feasible to you? Is it something you could design?
Thank you for your time,
Richard Carter

Hello Richard,
Yes this is a great idea, and actually, there are companies that do this already.
I am interested in what made you come up with this idea and why? Please get back to me. I believe I could be of assistance with this in doing up the blueprints.
John
