8' by 12' shed

Hi

I'd really like to build a shed that is 12ft by 8ft with an Apex roof.
The front is the 12ft with a half glazed door and either side by full length narrow windows about 6ft high by 1ft wide

I have built a concrete based and am not sure if I need another wood base on top of that, ideally not.

Please send whatever suitable designs matching this
